Returns and refunds

The artisan’s policy appears on the product, but mandatory law and Malli’s baseline protection prevail.
Defective or not as described
Customers should contact Malli and the artisan within 48 hours of discovery, with photos where reasonable. Malli may require repair, replacement, return, or refund according to law and the circumstances.
Change of mind
Timing and costs depend on the artisan’s published policy and mandatory rights where the customer lives. Personalized, hygienic, or perishable goods may be excluded only where lawful and clearly disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method after conditions are met. Return costs are paid by the party identified by policy or law. Abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction.
