Malli collects only the data needed for accounts, orders, shops, communication, payouts, and safety.
What we collect
Identity and contact data, addresses and orders, artisan shop and verification data, messages, fraud signals, device data, and technical logs. Malli should never store full payment-card numbers.
Why and with whom
Data is used to perform contracts, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and operate the marketplace. It is shared as needed with order artisans, Shopify, Supabase, payment and shipping providers, analytics providers, and lawful authorities.
Messages and moderation
Conversations are not private from Malli. They may be scanned and reviewed for safety, disputes, and platform circumvention. Access is limited, logged, and retained only as needed.
Retention and rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for accounts, orders, payouts, security, tax duties, and dispute resolution. Users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Contact: donaldlena833@gmail.com.
Transfers and security
Data may be processed in the United States and elsewhere by Malli’s providers. Malli limits access, uses RLS and audit logging, and requires providers to apply appropriate safeguards to international transfers.
