These terms govern Malli, an online marketplace operated by Malli Alb LLC (formation pending), New York, USA.
Malli’s role
Malli facilitates discovery, communication, ordering, and payment. The artisan is responsible for product accuracy, legality, authenticity, safety, packaging, export, and fulfillment. Malli remains responsible wherever liability cannot legally be limited.
Accounts and purchases
Visitors may browse and may check out as guests when enabled. Information must be accurate. Payment is completed in USD through Shopify’s secure checkout; EUR display is an estimate and the final card conversion can differ.
Messaging and fee avoidance
Messages may be reviewed automatically and by authorized staff for safety, fraud, prohibited items, and attempts to complete transactions outside Malli. Payment details, payment links, and contact sharing intended to avoid fees are prohibited. Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, or suspension.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malli does not promise uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, fraud liability, or liability the law does not permit Malli to limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by New York law and disputes are handled in New York County, except where mandatory law in the customer’s location provides rights or a forum that cannot be waived by agreement.
