Artisan agreement

The baseline rules for verified sellers on Malli.
Admission and verification
Malli may require legal name, address, phone, email, identity documents, registry/tax details, and payout account; it may reverify annually and suspend inaccurate information. Only Malli may approve a public shop.
Products
The artisan warrants products are lawful, safe, authentic, accurately described, and properly owned or licensed. Origin, HS code when required, materials, warnings, and honest processing time must be supplied. Reselling industrial goods as handmade is prohibited.
Fee and payout
Malli’s commission is 10% of item subtotal after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping unless an approved addendum says otherwise. Eligible orders are calculated every 14 days. PayPal, MoneyGram, or wire fees are deducted from the artisan. Malli may hold a reasonable reserve for returns, fraud, chargebacks, or liabilities.
Fulfillment and customers
The artisan packs, ships with tracking where available, follows the published policy, and responds promptly. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. The artisan is responsible for defects, nonconformity, customs/export compliance, and product claims.
Circumvention and responsibility
Artisans may not use Malli to find a customer and then move the purchase off-platform. To the extent permitted by law, the artisan is responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from the product, inaccurate information, or breach of this agreement.
