Shipping and customs

Each artisan sets their destinations, pricing, and processing time; Malli displays them before payment.
Artisan responsibility
The artisan supplies origin address, safe packaging, accurate timing, tracking where available, export documentation, country of origin, and HS code. Delays must be reported promptly.
Customs, tax, and duties
Unless checkout clearly says they are prepaid, import VAT, customs, and local fees may be charged to the customer by authorities or the carrier. Artisans and customers remain responsible for obligations that apply to them; Malli does not provide tax advice.
Loss or damage
Customers report promptly and retain packaging. The artisan opens the carrier claim; Malli may hold payout while it is resolved. Risk and title language cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
